Penti-M Engineering Australia have successfully completed another batch of special nozzles for our client.
The nozzles are manufactured from Heat Resistant Super Alloy material, Inconnel 600, which presents many machining complications, especially with the extremely long internal bore and back face. Inconnel 600 may not be an alloy you’re familiar with, but it plays an important role in many specialty applications. It is a nonmagnetic, nickel-based high temperature alloy possessing an excellent combination of high strength and corrosion resistance. This alloy also displays good heat resistance and freedom from aging or stress corrosion throughout the annealed to heavily cold worked condition range.
The OEM products were failing and other engineering shops couldn’t produce a finished product that met the customers strict standards. Penti-M solves problems, and have proudly produced another batch, of world-class products, ready to be put into service! Proudly manufacturing with Super Alloys and ‘Proudly Made in Rockhampton’.
